I am in a situation and I need help. My family believes that we should keep the bloodline pure so they only have children from within the family. I am 23 years old and I currently have 3 children. One by my grandfather, one by my uncle and one by my father.My sister is in a similar situation. Here is my problem, my brother want me to have his child. He believes that this is keeping with the family tradition. I want out of this mess and I do not want my kids to go through what I have. I meet a nice man and my family is forbidding me to have sex with him or to see him. I have be seeing him on the side but if I don't do what they tell me they will kick me out of the family.
What is a girl to do?

Posted 6 months ago - 1st: where r u from bcause i know a lot of royalty do this but not that close to kin, mayb distant cousins and a few generations apart mainly bcause the offspring can have numerous medical issues.
2nd: if u've grown up like this ur entire life & it's bothering u the way it is, usually means somethin ain't right!! ur best bet is 2 get as far away as possible, not only 4 urself but, 4 ur kids, u can change the cycle so that they don't have 2b subjected 2 this kind of ABUSE (YEAH, i said it cause that's what it is)
Posted 6 months ago - Some of the previous comments have been a little rude but anyway. I want you to really sit back and marinate on everything that you said. Being with your father/uncle/grandfather is not normal and they have subjected you to a lifestyle that is beyond abuse. I'm praying that your 3 children do not have any medical issues because that is normally the case. However I would definitely not care what my family would do to me because if you have feelings for someone outside of your family then I would pursue that to see where it will take you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE CHILDREN BY YOUR RELATIVES.... If at all possible please seek counseling. xoxo hg

I know it's hard and may not be as simple as everyone expects it to be, but the life you live is one you DON'T deserve so my personal opinion is to get out and get out a.s.a.p. take your sister and your children and do what you gotta do. it may be hard at first but it will get better. anything is better than being degraded, hurt, molested, and abused by your so-called family. you share a bloodline with those people.. sometimes thats all there is to it. that doesn't make them family. family doesn't do that to people. don't be afraid pray for strength! you even expressing the need to get away is a call for help so you know anything is better than that. those people do not love you the way they should. they don't care for you the way they should. if they did they would have considered the impact of their "pure bloodlines" and the impact it would have on your emotional stability. you can do better. don't listen to ignorant comments from ignorant people trying to make light of what you're going through. ignore them and do what's best for you. losing "family" is better than seeing your children and sister having to suffer the same as you. have faith you will make you. you've survived this long girl you're a survivor you can make it out
